Hybrid delivery model combines onsite and offshore services to deliver results at highly reduced costs. More often than not, the "Discover" and parts of the "Plan" stage of the project is carried out onsite at client's office. The "Develop' and "Sustain" stages are usually carried out offshore at our development unit. This model maximise efficiency in resources and costs.
